Head Operators have the chance to become Shift Leader by working hard and meeting all of the requirements for a recommendation. The following document linked here goes through the requirements and stages involved with the Shift Leader recruitment process. Once you meet all of the requirements, you can be noticed by a Junior Corporate+ in the Human Resources Department by showing hard work, professionalism, and capability. All recruitment processes are done through our Discord server, so you must be in the server to participate.

High Ranks are recruited from our Board of Directors. To become a member of the Board of Directors, you must work hard through each rank of Shift Leader - General Manager. The Board of Directors is recruited by the Chief Operating Officers or Chief Human Resources Officers once spots are open to become a Junior Corporate of Human Resources or Operations. You will have to go through certain procedures and a trial period to become a permanent member of the High Rank team. 

Members of High-Rank team (Junior Corporate+) can be contacted through Discord or Roblox individually. However, making a ticket is the best option for communicating with our higher-ranked staff for the best responses to questions or concerns. 

Any rank above Shift Leader can fill out a punishment appeal for strikes, demotions, or terminations. Lower ranks can contact someone using the ticket system to find out more about their punishment, however, we do not have an appeal system for Trainee - Head Operator demotions. Appeals are done through the following Google Forms. Listed are the appeal forms: Discord Ban, Game Ban, and Punishment Appeal.

Washiez is always on the hunt for new affiliates. If you’re looking to become an official partner, you must firstly read all our requirements in the document provided here. Once you meet all requirements, you are welcome to fill out our application also found within the document above. Your answers must be formed neatly in a Google Document and it must be submitted to any member with the Public Relations Department role. If you have any further questions, make sure to contact our Chief Public Relations Officers.

At this time, Washiez is not looking to hire any developers. If this changes, check our social media for any announcement or applications that may be posted.
